But it goes even beyond this. Salesforce ContentExchange allows users to subscribe to topics or even authors so that users are in control of what information they receive (provided they are given access permission). If Jim in inside sales wants any document created on the Healthcare Industry he can receive them automatically by subscribing. If Suzy in field sales wants to know any time Bob in the competitive analysis group writes a new report, she can subscribe to Bob. Salesforce ContentExchange makes it easy - we don't require our users to always come to our system to look for new documents.
